Im already planning out our menu - and it will involve the use of my king-sized smoker!!!!!!

Planning on Brisket, Pork Ribs, Whole Roaster chickens, Pork Butt...

The other regular grill, I will do up plenty of skewered vegetables, roast up tons of garlic in olive oil, will do up some potato wedges for the guys... Lucy-burgers and nitrate-free hot dogs...

Planning on a nice crunchy Broccoli salad with roasted red pepper from the grill, red onion, roma tomatoes, homemade ranch dressing, fresh hickory smoked bacon from my smoker...mmmmmmmm

Will also make up a batch of my homemade cold-slaw but will twist it up south-western style with a variety of herbs and seasonings

A vegetable platter with a freshly-roasted onion dip (real foods no prepackaged garbage), deviled eggs, a pickling/olive tray, cheeses, fruits, etc....

Looking forward to a small gathering and lots of good leftovers for a couple of days!
