Lose 2kg in 2 1/2 weeks - impossible?

Do you think it's possible if I stick to my guns (which I plan to do anyway) I can reach the 70s-kg by the time I go back to uni on Sept 10? I'm at 82kg on the dot right now (or was last time I weighed in on Monday).

It's possible. Just don't be crushed if it doesn't happen! Good luck.0

POSSIBLE!
Stick with the careful eating and exercise moderately and you should be able to do it. The result may be delayed by a week or so if your hormones are not co-operative though...0 -
Its possible, I have lost that much in 2 1/2 weeks back when I started. I am at a steady 300 - 400 gram loss now, but I eat more.0

You bet it is possible! Two and a bit weeks ago I weighed 82.8kg. This morning I weighed in at 79.5kg. I stick stictly to 1200 calories a day, religiously walk 10,000 steps every day (I wear a pedometer to be certain I get all my steps by the end of the day), and I make sure I drink 8 glasses of water every day! If yoi really want to do it, you can... just take it one day, one step and pne meal at a time. All the best to you!0

Yes, it's totally possible! There won't be much wiggle room in your diary but you can definitely do it. That 80 is a big milestone, isn't it? Good luck :drinker:0

Very possible. The maximum fat a natural should aim to lose is 2lbs per week. In 2 1/2 weeks you should easily be able to lose 5lbs at a deficit of 1000 calories. So eating at a 500cal deficit and doing 500cals worth of cardio would be fine.0

Thank you so much for the advice, then! and yes, I agree - it'll be the least I've weighed since uni started so... Wish me luck (:0
