HELP! I need to figure out a Shopping list

I have to Figure out a meal plan for work. I may be getting a job working for a fair. I could be working anywhere from 6-16 hours a day. I could be working anywhere from 1-7 days a week. I dont know If I will have time time or the energy to cook so I need easy meals to pack that can keep me and my partner going all day. He wants food that does not have any beans. We need lunch and dinner ideas.

Yogurt fruit nuts

Sausage egg cups In tortilla

Bagel and cream cheese

Quick and easy ideas for me include sandwhichs, wraps, mini pizzas, quiches, salads, pasta and rice bakes... ect. They are pretty versatile as well!0
