A new way to go.

This type of tracking is not new to me but I feel it might help me if I have some other people going through the same thing to help motivate me. I use to way 235 and have gotten down to 184 and I want to shed the last twenty pounds off. I want to be fit more than i want to lose weight.

Anyone feel the same way?
