Map My Fitness accuracy

Recently I've been riding my bike to and from work and tracking it with the app Map My Fitness. However, I've noticed that when I map the same distance and approximate speed on MFP the calorie differences are pretty big.

Do any of you use this app? Which do you think is more accurate? Thanks for any feedback!

    Neither are going to be v accurate for calorie burn. A HRM will be more accurate as its based on your personal effort but even that is still an estimate
