    I'm fairly new to the site and am struggling with getting exercise in since I'm sitting doing homework a lot and in afternoon/night classes all week. I came in here looking for ideas and I think this is great! :) Going to see if my 4 year old will do some, always entertaining when you see a toddler attempting jumping jacks! ;)

    Are these also called 'star jumps"? I want to try. Will you set a challenge a day?

    IF they are star jumps I've just done them. if they are not, i have just done 300 star jumps.

    I absolutely hate jumping jacks, but I am in :) Better get started 300 is a lot for this girl... I may even get my kiddos invovled. Maybe making it like game will make it more fun!!
