I have been losing weight over the last year and have managed to lose 22lb so far. I have 8lb to reach my final goal but I am finding it hard to remain motivated at this stage because most of my clothes now fit me again but there are still some work suits that AFO a little too snug for comfort. I hope to get to target by the 24 September 2012 which will be my 24th wedding anniversary, however, I have been eating far more than I should this week, so much so that I could not force myself to step on the scales yesterday.
My fear if the scales was that I would have gained several pounds and and the knowledge of that might demotivating me further where as yesterday I was able to track my food intake and whilst I was 600 calories over it was progress. Today I am feeling very positive again and am planning on doing a workout and eating before going to a party this evening so that I do not eat loads of rubbish which I know I would regret tomorrow.
Amy support from fellow MFP members will be gratefully appreciated, I look forward to getting to know you over the weeks and months ahead.
