Hi.
Finally I am taking this seriously. Started running 4 weeks ago and taking care of my diet. Just lost 3 kg, approx 5pounds plus in than time with taking extra care of me diet. A friend of mine told me about myfitnesspal so here i am hoping this will help. The plan is to mostly run, but in time i would like to do some weight lifting to get me stronger. Also I thing I should do some core work soon. in 3 months I will add swimming also and some cycling. Just finishing my fourth week at the running club I joined and this is my first week that I am running 4 times per week. Also I will be doing some bicycling tomorrow, Sunday. My dream is to loose 21 kg. At the same time I want to be a good runner. My end goal is also Thriathlon, Olimpic distance (at least). I have taken part in sprint distance and did a lot of swimming and bicycling but my diet was not on track. Then i got sick, and had endless problems with my health, approx 7 flues or flue like sickness last winter that just wore me down. Endless battles of starting over and over until I gave up and at the same time gaining back the 10 kg that I had lost the year before. Im back now so hopefully i will tackle this winter better. My spirit is more determent now and i hope that I can stay strong and finish what I have started. My dream is to have lost at least 70% that weight by April 2013. I have a very special day in mind, a big social gathering, that I might tell you about later. I am not getting married though he he . I feel like this means so much more now, more than ever. I have tried and failed so many times. I have to do this.

    Sounds like a good plan to me - this will be a breeze!
