Do you think I can still do the Jillian Micheal workout 30 Day Shred even though I have Just found out I am pregnant. I am not on a diet anymore,I have upped my calories to maintenace, I just want to stay healthy & fit. :happy:

    Check with your doctor or midwife. Generally, they will tell you that it's ok to continue with whatever level of exercise your body is used to doing, for as long as it is comfortable.
