58Lbs weight lost, 5lbs from my target of 8% bodyfat, then to begin bulking up!!
Height: 5'10"
Sorry about quality of pictures!
During my weight loss I have been running 5miles 5 times a week and doing a 4 day split with weights and my strength has stayed the same, so minimal muscle loss
! Running was very painful in the beginning, my joints would burn and I struggled doing more than a mile, but I kept on going and every week it got less painful and i've gone from struggling to do a half mile to running regular daily 5 miles logging my runs with runkeeper! Thought I would share as it has motivated me seeing the other motivational posts! Thanks
