I'm a mother of 3 and my youngest son is 7.5 months, he on formula 4/6 times a day, I pumped twice (morning & before going to bed)...and I'm trying to lose weight as well - by eating healthier. So far my milk supply hasn't change and I've lost 2 lbs in the past 2 weeks...(I'm 39, 160lbs, BMI 25.1)
Can I lose weight when I didn't eat up to my target calories? Sometimes I have 100 cal left but didn't want to grab an unhealthy snack.
Please advise.
