Lately Ive been complaining about what Ive been eating lately and I thik Ive officially fallen of the band wagon. Ive done so well and Im proud of the progress that Ive made. I know I havent gained Im holding steady, so thats great, but Ive been eating what I want(and lately as much as I want). I eat until I hurt. I have so much left that I want to lose but Im losing faith. To make matters worse I cant afford the gym anymore so I have to lose my membership. I love the gym. I want to start running, or walking, so I guess this is God saying RUN LAZY *kitten*! It still makes me sad. Ive been really bad at logging stuff in. Ive been telling people that its ok, sometimes stuff like this happens......I say it until its me thats failing.
This is my pity party. I feel bad for myself and I had to get it off my chest.

I knew i fell off way back when i didn't do anything about it, i continued to justify and rationalize my eating and not exercising until i gained all the weight i lost back with the exception of 9 lbs. I had lost 42. So now i am basically starting from ground zero. It has been really hard to get back on track but i finally woke up and said enough is enough and here i am again. I am on day three and so far doing well with my eating but the exercise is not coming back so easy, i am easing into that with walking, i know i have to increase that and do it soon. I knew the whole time i was gaining it back but it was gradual gain so it seemed ok, but man that day i realized how much i gained back i was devastated I finally picked myself up and got to moving again. I wish you the best of luck and you are not alone0
