Key West Pink Shrimp and Spinach Wraps

I made these for dinner last night, oh so scrumptious!
recipe makes 4 servings, 250 cal per serving
Key West Pink Shrimp Spinach Wraps:
Blend:
1/3 C olive oil mayonnaise
2 tsp tomato paste
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp fresh chives
1 Tbsp fresh tarragon
Cayenne pepper to taste, about 1 tsp
Add:
9 oz cooked Key West pink shrimp
1/2 C diced tomatoes
1/2 C diced cucumber
Assemble:
4 tomato or spinach flavored wraps
4 oz fat free cream cheese
fresh baby spinach leaves
warm tortillas in microwave, spread cream cheese over open tortillas leaving a 1" border of wrap, layer with raw spinach, top with shrimp mixture, roll, place wraps in oven @ 400 seam side down, bake till just warm, and enjoy!
