fitbit and sleep

I have the fitbit and for those of you that have it, it monitors your sleep as well. So I was getting between 97 and 100 percent sleep efficiency until just a week ago when I rearranged by bedroom furniture. It's really weird because everr since I did that my sleep has been horrible. I only sleep about 75-80 now and I wake up alot and some times for periods of 15 mins, but I don't remember at all. If I didn't have the fitbit I wouldn't even know. So my dilemma is, should I just move my bed back to the way it was, or just wait it out and maybe I will start to get used to it? Anyone else notice anything like this?
