I see everyone having great success even with the little fall backs. Don't be discouraged please. Keep in mind that they are only that...little setbacks. They are far from failures. The only failure is giving up. Just remember if you give up you are not only giving up on reaching your goals. You are giving up on all the hard work you put into it thus far, even if it was only one pound you lost. You're giving up on yourself and the people that support you. You’re telling them that all their efforts to be there for you, support and help you, the words they’ve given have also failed. When you are feeling down about how slow it’s going or the plateau you are at. Just remind yourself, it’s not supposed to be easy. It’s another challenge in your life to show yourself how strong you really are. If you want it bad enough you’ll fight for it. You want that beautiful body fight for it. You want good health fight for it. You want your cake and eat it too…FIGHT FOR IT. You would fight for anybody you care about and love wouldn’t you? How much do you love YOU? It’s not shallow or conceited to love yourself. So love yourself as you are this very second. You are so loved exactly as you are. Now love yourself even more, change that pound of fat to a pound of muscle and never let it change back and you would have won that battle and with each battle you win you will win the war. I remind myself (all the time) that it’s okay that I don’t have the success that I read everyone is having. I know that every step I take, every ounce I lose changes me in ways I cannot even fathom. One day I will have my success story, my before/after pics and my war will be won. So will everyone on here as well. We just need to ‘fight for it’. My success story is…. I am here, I am fighting…
