What does the diff of f7 and f11?

Thanks girls! I have a mio, it is a cheapy and I am getting the Polar F6 or F11 from my son who make lot's of money and is single (he works to much as a consultant in the oil field) for Christmas. He told me to just find the one i want and he will get it! Iwas just trying to save some him money! I wear my mio all the time but it is not always reading the same! I want a chest one!
