Is anyone else over 60 and ready to reinvent themselves?

Hi, everone. I'm 63 years old and finally, after being overweight from my mid-40s, and after reaching 220, have determined I'm going to turn it around. Did anyone else have this pattern ... being relatively skinny until they hit their mid-40s? My biggest problem was that I just didn't believe it! /Eljay
