Oatmeal Pancakes

Options
Step 1
Take about a cup of oatmeal and cook it. You can put it in an oven for 2 minutes along with a cup of water

Step 2
Once slightly cooked, mix it up a little bit. If you are using banana, peel it and mash it together with the oatmeal

Step 3
Pour in a cup of egg whites and mix. Add cinnamon and nutmeg to taste.

Step 4
Put in a non-stick pan in a slow heat. Do not use butter/oil. Wait until you see bubbles and turn it over. Cook for 3 minutes.
