Welcome to MFP...congrats on taking the first step on your weight loss journey.
It'll be hard at first but when you see pounds shredding off then it just becomes addictive to be healthier
Try to add protein to every meal you eat...Even your snacks should have protein in it as well. Switch to whole grain bread and if you do eat bread eat it for breakfast or lunch...try to keep the bread carbs minimal after 5,6pm. Try to eat healthy carbs like vegetables and fruits.
All your juices and soda's should be replaced with water and/or seltzer water. What i do sometimes is i add a splash of juice in my seltzer water to give it that soda type feel0
