Getting Back on Track After Vacation

I decided to take a break from diet/exercise while I was on vacation. I was only gone for 5 days, but after being back for three days I still can't seem to get back into my routine. I'm just so tired and I don't feel like going to the gym. I haven't been eating badly, but I do desire more sweets, I guess that's from having some while I was out of town. I am trying to motivate myself to go to the gym this afternoon, but what I really want to do is take a nap. How do get my mind off vacation since clearly my body is back home

I gained 6lb on holiday, it took me another week to get back on it so I just went with it, tried not to eat too badly and chose the most sensible way of satisfying my craving.

Funnily enough I still lost 1lb at the end of that week because although I wasn't following my plan, I was still eating better than when on holiday. That motivated me to get going again.

Try and do some exercise, even if it's just a little walk and if you're craving something go for the healthiest choice you can. You will get back on track.

Well another lazy day. Didn't it make it to the gym. Tomorrow is a new day, hopefully I can finally get out of vacation mode.

Maybe try and do one thing at a time? Maybe if you can get your eating back on plan for a couple of days, or even a few, that will give you the better and healthier energy you need to kick back into your exercise?
