Hey MFP people! I need a little help/direction. I started this journey at 182 (Im 5'6" and 43 years old) with a goal of about 165lbs. I'm in the gym about 5x a week for 60 minutes. I've got my calories at 1550 roughly and have lost approximately 9lbs since June 3rd. I cant seem to shake the last 10lbs or so. I keep hovering at 171-174lbs and was wondering what the hell I'm supposed to eat to get there/stay there once I do! Maybe its just going to take a little longer? I eat healthy foods (No fast food, desserts etc), probably dont drink enough water but drink unsweetened teas, Kombucha, fresh fruit juice. Could it be the sugar in the juice? Maybe too much pasta? I've also cut out red meat and eat fish 3x a week. Chicken is a staple. Help!!!

Try cutting out some of the extra wheat in your life you don't need! Also, juice can really set you back, try replacing juice with water, I'm sure itll at least shed some of the weight.0

A lot of people on here have had success by upping there calorie intake a bit for a week or 2. See if that would help you lose again. Your body might have built up more muscles and needs more energy from food now. It's worth a shot!0
