Has anyone tried vi shape shakes? What kind of results did you see?

I have, and honestly they do taste good, but I need to eat my food, not drink it all the time. I did start to notice that the calories in the shake did start to add up, because the shake mix and milk alone were about 160-180 calories. I was adding a ton of fruit to the shake, sometimes peanut butter and putting it through the blender. I had a shake for dinner, and lunch, and still got hungry in the afternoon. I still do enjoy a shake for lunch a few days a week, but have learned to add extracts to flavor (try orange, almond, lemon) and maybe a cup of fruit or 1/2 banana. I then eat my fruit. Getting the required fiber was also an issue for me with the shakes, I needed foods with fiber, like cereals for breakfast. I find they keep me full longer
I do have a friend who has done great with their program, it just wasn't for me. Good luck!0 -
Thanks for the feedback!0
