Not so new...

Ok, so actually I've been doing this on and off for a few months, but I'm really determined to stick to it this time, and it proves it works because in he last few weeks I've already lost 4lbs :)
I'm hoping to find some new friends on here that can encourage me to reach my fitness goals and for me to return the favour!
