Keep in mind that unlike fats, sodium, protein, sugar, and cholesterol it is not mandatory that potassium be put on the nutritional info on foods. With that said:
Iron: Watermelon, liver, dark green vegies, prunes, rasins, red meat, egg yolks, turkey, beans and lentils.
Potassium: Dried herbs, avacado, paprika, red chili powder, cocoa powder and chocolate, Dried Apricots, Prunes, Zante Currants, Raisins, nuts, fish, and beans.
Calcium: dried herbs, cheese, sesame seeds, tofu, almonds, flax seeds, Green Leafy Vegetables (Turnip, Mustard, and Dandelion Greens, Collards, Kale) , Brazil nuts, and herring.
When trying to get extra calcium make sure you are getting plenty of vitamin d to help you absorb it.0
