has one been watching the hairy bikers and losing weight by eating less calories and doing plenty of exercise?
some of the food thy made looked lush.

    We've tried the cassoulet- really good. And are plnimh the chi ken karma for tomorrow

    looking forward to try making those pies from pizza dough,and tuna wrap looked lush small problem i dont like tuna.
    cant believe how much weight si and dave have both lost.
