My hubby came home yesterday after being away with work for a week and as soon as he put his arms round me he said "you've lost weight, I can feel a difference in just giving you a hug". I had lost 3.5lb before he went and another 3.5lb while he was away, I didn't think that I looked or felt any different so was really pleased when he said that.
He didn't even say it to make me feel good as he didn't know that I was dieting again hooorray :love:

    It's so nice to hear from loved ones especially a significant other that you look good. Definitely the reassurance you need :)
