Total Gym Home Fitness

Does anyone know how to enter strength training using the total gym? I googled what the average calorie useage is for 30 min and it was 260. Not sure how to enter this, as the strength training quick tool option won't let you enter calories burned.

    I would just go to the exercise diary. Under "Cardiovascular" choose "Add Exercise". Then, search for either "circuit training" or "strength training". Then you can put in your time and either go with the calories they calculate or put in the number you got from your research.
