It has been a long time since I have been on here. But I came back 2 weeks ago and I have been eating better and less every day. I exercise at home as much as I can with my 7 year old and 2 year old. I am hoping to see some results like the Biggest Loser someday. I am bettering my eating as well as my family's. If I do the grocery shopping and there is only healthy food in the fridge, that is what has to be made. It forces all of us to eat well. I haven't lost much weight, but I do feel a difference in my pants-I had to put my belt tighter this morning. I hope to find out some new information while back on myfitnesspal.com! Take care everyone! I hope I can make it through Thanksgiving -it is hard to track all of the calories when eating other people's food they have made.

    That's great! I do the same thing with my family. Only healthy stuff in the fridge...I think it drive's my husband nuts sometimes though!:laugh:
