I have not been on here for a while , my husband died last July and I got sick and gained 50 pounds, so I hope for some encouragement and comments from nice folks on this site. I am an active 55 year old gal who can stil throw a good punch at the punching bag. I am Carol and was on Buddyslim for a long time and now I need something different.
