Newbie

Hi! I am new to this, just started yesterday. I'm a 41 year old mother of four boys. My youngest two are special needs kids and this can be a big source of stress. I have quite a bit of weight to lose and have a hard time getting motivated to exercise. I have joint damage from osteoarthritis so suggestions for low impact exercise would be much appreciated. I am looking for friends to help get me going and keep me going!
