If I were to add one more vitamin...

I already take three fish oil capsules per day and a multivitamin/multimineral. I've been thinking about adding something, but I don't want to go all supplement crazy and spend a lot of money on things I don't need.
I've considered magnesium (I hear it helps with sleep, which I suck at...) or a calcium/iron (because I'm female and all...) or a vitamin D (because I unfortunately don't get outside all that often...) but am really unsure.
For a little background, I'm 22, and I'm almost a third of the way through losing over 100 pounds. There are lots and lots of health issues on both sides of my family (weight-related and not), so I really want to get to and maintain the healthiest me possible. Have any supplements made a difference for you? Let me hear your pitch!

I'm quite a bit older than you..but. A couple years ago my primary dr checked my vitamin d levels and I was so low she put me on prescription strength ..1 pill weekly for 8 weeks to get me to normal! So needless to say I take vitamin D , also fish oil, biotin which promotes carb, protein & fat metabolism, super B-complex for energy metabolism, and I recently added DHEA. Oh and a calcium supplement as well! And..yes I feel they have made a difference in how I feel overall!0

For anything besides what I like to call the four "proven" supplements: whey/casein, fish oil, multivitamin, creatine... I think you should ask your doctor/get blood work done to see what you're lacking, IF anything.0

Most calcium pills have some vitamin d so that's a twofor atleast.0

There are really good multivitamins that are made for women. GNC makes a really good one. Then all you really need to do is supplement those with proper food choices and you should be good to go!0

A while ago my doc told me to take prenatal vitamins to get the added iron since I was slightly anemic. Maybe swap the multivitamin for a pre-natal?0
