:flowerforyou: Hello Everyone, this is my first time here, looks like a really neat program. I am new to Chris Powell"s program and hope to start things rolling as soon as I figure everything out so I can start. Is anyone else here doing Chris Powell's Reshape the Nation Program? If not, what plan are you doing?

:happy: Hi! Welcome! I'm not using a program right now, but I recently finished a three week program. It was Denise Austen's Daily Dozen; it was sort of a starter program to teach what types of things to eat and what exercise needs to be done. I learned a lot from it. Feel free to add me.0

I am using the venerable "Eat less and Do More" program... It is age old and requires no pills, gimmicks or extra cash outlay (except for my gym membership.... I eat a balanced diet ... well as balanced as I can with some emphasis on protein to promote muscle retention/growth.... It has helped me lose 100 lbs in 8 months (as of yesterday)... Best wishes on meeting your goals.. however you decide to do it.0
