i have read multiple diaries with herbal life involved. Do those shakes help to lose weight or more to get good nutrients in?
I have tried Body by Vi shakes in the best and did like them, but got bored...

Junk science. Healthy diet and exercise does the trick. :flowerforyou:0

Eat food! That is my thoughts on it. Shakes should be temporary jump start only, eating really is the best method in all honesty. Just my 2 cents though and I am no expert! :O)0

I'm using them but not as well as I should. Though I'm not really eating regardless. I suppose they work if you have one for breakfast and dinner & a meal for lunch but I can't force myself to have 2 shakes a day or a legit meal so my metabolism is kinda sucking right now.0

I am a fan of food myself. I find I get more bang for my buck that way. Have you tried making a smoothie? It is way more cost effective than any of those store bought chemical filled, quick fix and money depleting type things.
One of my faves is
5 to 8oz frozen blueberries
6 to 8 oz plain yogurt or milk (you can use a flavored yogurt too)
1 ripe banana (if you peel, cut and freeze the banana first your smoothie will be more like a milk shake consistency).
Blend and serve. YUM!
You can even add some greens or a tablespoon of ground flaxseed to it for more nutrients if you have a wild hair.0 -
FYI: my brother used to sell herballife in the early 90's. I used to take those pills and drink their tea mix. It had enough caffeine in it to kill a horse. It's a wonder I didn't give myself a fatal heart attack. I second the pyramid scheme.0

I use it for the protein. It is for weight loss if you use it according to a program I believe. For me, it's just a quick and easy way to get protein and a meal in my busy life.0
