Hi all,

I just wanted to post that you can enjoy zumba free in you own home.
all you have to do is have internet, nd viz www.youtube.com you can find hundreds of different zumbz workouts.

I find if i havent been able to go do a workout for the day doing 20mins of this and my body is achey something bad !
