Does this come as a watch with a chest strap or is it ordered seperately? I want what works the best!

Has a chest strap. I LOVE mine! But if I were you, I'd get the F11. It's just like the F6 but when the battery goes, you can replace it yourself. The F6 has to returned to manufacturer for replacement of battery. When my battery finally dies, I'm going to get the F11.0
