C25k and 30 day shred

Hi, I was wondering how people track c25k runs and also 30 day shred in their trackers. They're not exactly straight exercise and I've no idea how fast (or slow!) I jog, so not sure what to do.

    When I did 30 day shred I logged it as Circuit training. For the Couch to 5K I log by time... Walking at a fast pace for x amount of time and running and x speed for x amount of time. I feel like I can even it out that way. Hope this helps.
