JUST PLAIN IRRITATED!!!

ugh!!!! is my fav word lately oh and btw i suck at grammar and since its the internet i dont try at all....... sooo with that said still looking for someone my age as a fitness/text friend this really stinks if i could keep my mind off things and stay doing somethign i wont be hungry well b12 helps alot!!! and drinking 3 glasses of water and a oatmeal bar which i usually max out at 16 glasses of water a day rather then eating ugh my sweetie likes to eat out and omg like cooking and likes sweets awe my poor scale grrr

    If your diary is up to date, you'll not lose weight healthily like that.

    You won't get fit that way.

    Agreed...do you log everyday? You should be consuming at least 1200 cal per day. Please, try to lose weight but stay healthy doing it :). You can do it!

    We need to help each other with posting our food. I have been really bad about it the last couple of weeks. From what I could tell you aren't eating enough for breakfast and there isn't any protein in what you are eating. I am a fan of greek yogurt with 1/4c Kashi Go Lean Crunch mixed in. It's a huge protein and fiber boost to get you into your day. It's easy and it's portable. I cannot make it to lunch on this though so I have a Clif Mojo bar around 10. The regular Clif bars are gross so you have been warned. The Mojo bars are good though. Lean protein and vegetables for lunch and dinner are my goal each day. Yesterday I had blackened tilapia with broccoli. I have to leave room for ice cream because if I don't then I will be one unhappy girl. I have 1/2 cup of Ed's Slow Churn each night. 5 days a week I do 30 minutes on elliptical and 30 minute strength. I try to throw in an evening exercise when I can which isn't often.

    It's natural to get hungry. Your body needs fuel to live. You need to eat. Eating enough to properly fuel your body is not the same as overeating. Overeating will make and keep you fat. Eating enough to properly fuel your body will cause you to lose weight and remain at a normal weight.

    Don't be afraid to eat. Learn how to eat right.

    Protein is your friend. I don't eat poultry, pork, or beef...and I still get a minimum of 115 g daily. Superhero style.
