Here is the pan I use to make my tiny little "double bite size" mini-waffles:

THE PANCAKE/WAFFLE MIX: The brand I use is: AUGASON FARMS Buttermilk Pancake Mix. You can buy it at WalMart in the EMERGENCY FOOD STORAGE section. It comes in those great big CANS. This brand is lower fat and lower sodium than other well-known brand names. The buttermilk biscuit mix is much lower in fat content than the Bisquick Heart Smart product. It is much lighter in texture and has a much better flavor.
