Do you set number goals, fitness goals? What motivates you?

Working hard to lose my damn gain...I was soo busy making excuses :/) and wasnt tracking well for last 2 or 3 weeks I was up like 7 lbs. Wow thats crazy it comes back so fast....Anyway after busting my butt working out and tracking good this last week or two I am down 4 of the gain :) only 3 more to go to get back to where I left off. I think I need to seriously start setting some goals!! Any tips? Do you set a number goal, fitness goal?? How do you keep yourself motivated?? Do you attach a date to your weight goals?

    Yes I set a number of goals but what i really do is i am determine thinking about my health and the benefits that it i will get along having it what motivates me really is picture of the body that i want to possess i paste it in a place where i can always see it so it will keeps me motivated to have and aim to have the body i wanted
