Standing? Really?

Okay so i work at a dog kennel and stand/walk for any where from 4-9 hours a day when i work, i put in standing (the fishing option since there wasn't just a simple standing one) and it said i basically meet my exercise goals for the whole week (3 30 min work outs a week basically) from just 3 hours of work. Does that sound right at all? I figure if that were the case then after a month of working there i would have lost weight but i haven't and it isn't as if i've been eating more. Should i have picked a different option to be more accurate? i'm unsure...

Your job should have already been factored in when you put in your activity level.0

your work doesnt count in your exercise. you put ur settings as "lightly active" and that's where that is counted0
