Standing? Really?

Okay so i work at a dog kennel and stand/walk for any where from 4-9 hours a day when i work, i put in standing (the fishing option since there wasn't just a simple standing one) and it said i basically meet my exercise goals for the whole week (3 30 min work outs a week basically) from just 3 hours of work. Does that sound right at all? I figure if that were the case then after a month of working there i would have lost weight but i haven't and it isn't as if i've been eating more. Should i have picked a different option to be more accurate? i'm unsure...

Your job should have already been factored in when you put in your activity level.
  • your work doesnt count in your exercise. you put ur settings as "lightly active" and that's where that is counted
