What is the method for stuffing and properly rolling a romaine lettuce leaf sandwich?

    I got frustrated with romaine because of that wonderful crispy stalk. I use green leaf or red leaf lettuce (it's more flexible) and fold it burrito-style: first fold up the bottom, then the sides, and leave the top open.
