where do you go?

    I used to teach at a small art school. It was in BC, in a tiny little town.

    I focused on pencil, paint, charcoal, mostly. Acrylic and oils. Pastels (both oil and chalk).

    I meant, some people consider design as art, or photography, and whatnot.

    I have a BFA in ceramics from Alfred University
    An MFA in design from Arizona State University and
    A Masiter of Industrial Design (MID) from Pratt Institute.

    I have been an artist or designer my whole life.

    Ah. My classes were mostly creating a replica of what you're looking at. We went to museums and had the students draw the pieces they saw... did still life images with various media. It wasn't design, it was replication.
