When do you adjust your loss goal?

Hello! I've got a quick question as I slowly make my way through my journey.
When do you adjust how much you want to lose each week?
I, personally, started in may with about 35kg (75lbs) to lose, and optimistically set it to 2lbs pr week. That was alright for about a month, but it was harder to stay within the constrainments, and so I lowered it to to 1.5lbs pr week. That left me with about 1490 cals pr day, and that was fine. However now, with having lost 10kg(22lbs), it has dropped down to being 1360 calories pr day, and so I know eventually it's going to be too low again.
So I was wondering, when about should I set it to losing 1lb pr week? Would at 85kg(187lbs) be a good time to do that, when I have 20kg(44lbs) left to go, or would it be better to wait a bit longer?
I've read recommendations that you're not supposed to set it to 2 unless you have 100+lbs to lose, which makes sense, so I was just wondering when people adjusted theirs!
