A piece at a time

I live in LA, am over 50, have a demanding job and a husband with healthcare issues. I need to get healthier and part of that is losing quite a few pounds. Since I had a bum foot (and of course the weight contributed to that) I am taking it a piece at a time. I've been focusing on developing better eating habits and am struggling with that. I plan to add exercise this week. I could use some buddies to support, and will happily accept friend invites.
