Yoplait fat free yogurt is 90 calories
...if I want chocolate I do Swiss miss cocoa with water and a shot of light whipped cream...or a couple of Andes mints that are 25 calories each. No nutritional value in the candy! But sometimes it's OK to indulge as long as its within the calorie budget.

Soya yoghurt sprinkled with unsweetened cocoa? I'm not sure, just a random idea that popped into my head. . .

I try to aim for mostly fruits, but for a real treat I aim for one that is made with as little processed food as possible. One of my favorites is home made baklava. Usually, the filo dough is the only processed thing, but it's sweetened with honey, contains pistachio nuts, etc. Not that I don't enjoy my processed sweet treats also, but I feel better about my choices if the sweets I'm eating come mostly from natural sources.
