Biggest Loser CALORIE KNOCKOUT

ok so i did this entire video and its a great workout if you do it all the way through. It does give you the option to do one work out at a time to build up. Ill be honest i was confused at first and so i just did the whole thing and i had pizza last night so i could use the extra burn :).

what i didnt like about this video is that obviously Anna Kournikova is not a trainer and if you watched the season with her in it im happy that she got booted off . . . she is not organized and i feel she rushed through her workout on this DVD and did not give alot of direction. you kinda had to just watch and follow along instead of really understanding what you are doing. BUT i did get a good sweat.

Bob'S defiantly gave a great work out, it IS the toughest one on the DVD

Dolvett's section was great many options that you could chose from. i liked that you were able to choose what you wanted to do because by the end i was dead but still gave it my all.

Over all i liked this DVD im sure if i was going to do it again i would not do Anna's part because you do have the option to choose what kind of work out you want.

Id love to hear what anyone else thought of this DVD is they did give it a try.

    I just tried it today! I agree with EVERYTHING you just said. It was a good workout. Definitely doing it again tomorrow (:

    i just tried it today also :D i have the other biggest loser work out DVDs and what i forgot to say was compared to the first cardio work out that they have i feel that you ill get the same calorie burning work out. But with this one you seem to have 1. more options and 2. Bob is way more intense.
