C25K week five

Just finished week 5. I must admit I became very intimidated when I saw that week 5 day 3 was run 20 minutes. 20 minutes!!! I haven't run 20 minutes in 30 years, and now I'm 60 pounds heavier and that much older. Did a quick search online and everyone said it was not so hard (didn't help me in knowing I'm the one who still thought it was hard and impossible). But still when I started I felt like giving up after 3 minutes not because of any other reason than ohhhhh noooo, another 17 minutes to go, still I wanted to give it 100%, so I turned off the screen on the phone and kept going, Went the whole 20 minutes jogging. It felt so good. But that;s not my message, I'd to let others know (if you don't already) the quote that pops up on the C25K app: If you think you can or you think you can't - your right.
