Hello everyone,

Have just joined and downloaded the MyFitnessPal app for iPhone and iPad. Looking forward to making changes and watching the progress flow. Currently sitting at 118KG, hoping to get down to around 100KG. All have to start somewhere right?

Hope to see/speak to people on the message boards and share/gain knowledge.

    You pretty much started where I was after pretty much 9 months off due to layoff and surgery... So I share your pain.
