Hi there! I want to lose about 10-12 pounds, and tone up! I have started running somewhat, but I'm open for suggestions :)

    Hey, I found an old college friend who really knows his stuff. You look to be in good shape to begin with. I am looking to lose that last ten also. jdgriff888 is my friend. He is a nutrition expert. I am following him and asking his advice. So far I feel fantastic. No sugar, no white flour, no white rice, that kind of thing. I think it will get us both there.
