they're very different. and for different things. can't really be compared...
the HRM is for your heart rate and only to be used during purposeful exercise. It gives a fairly accurate representation of calories burned during said activity...
a fitbit is to be worn 24/7, tells you how many steps you walked/ran, miles traveled, stairs climbed, and estimates your total daily 24 hour calories burned off of that....it also tracks how well you sleep....0 -
